1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aurae Client Website (the “Website”) and your purchase of Açaí sorbets from Aurae (the “Products”). By accessing or using the Website or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Orders

• Bulk Ordering: Aurae only accepts bulk orders. Individual retail sales are not available.
• Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. Aurae reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, in whole or in part, if the Products are unavailable.
• Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, Aurae will send you an order confirmation email. This email will serve as your order confirmation.
• Pricing: Prices for the Products are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

• Payment Methods: Aurae accepts [list of accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, wire transfer].
• Payment Terms: Payment for all orders is due in full upon order confirmation.
• Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to you before order confirmation.
• Delivery Times: Aurae will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery time frame. However, Aurae is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as inclement weather or transportation issues.
• Risk of Loss: You are responsible for the Products once they are delivered to the address you provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of the Products, Aurae does not accept returns for any reason.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive damaged or incorrect Products, please contact Aurae immediately. Aurae will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Website and Products, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are owned by Aurae or its licensors.
• Use Restrictions: You may not use the Website or Products in a way that infringes upon Aurae’s intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Aurae disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Aurae be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Products.  

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the UAE. 
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Aurae reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Aurae is a brand under Tranafortunes. Your relationship with Aurae is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions imposed by Tranafortunes.
